We handle the advice and evaluation of all customs and quasi-customs procedures (previous controls such as health, veterinary, phytosanitary, licenses, …), which will have to be carried out to complete the desire international traffic (import or export). We will analyse how obtain the required documentation, together with our clients, in order to complete the different traffic options that they want to carry out. Likewise, we will accomplish all that procedures with the previous authorization of our customers.

We advise our customers previously about the possible contingencies of any import or export operation, indicating which are the procedures they have to follow and carry out, likewise offering dynamic solutions to supervening and unexpected realities that emanate from international goods traffic.

We advise and represent our customer at the Customs Office to manage the ex post revisions of the carried-out declarations, both punctual revisions or general revisions.

European Union require to certain operators to make a monthly statistic declaration of the goods traffic that they have with the others intra-community countries. We also take charge of the processing and submission this kind of declarations which are managed by the Tax Agency.

If you have chosen a logistics operator or carrier, we manage the coordination between them and the Customs office in order to carry out the entrance or out of the means of transport through the Customs office (port, airport, rail or land). On the contrary, if you have not choice the carrier operator or even the means of transport, we will help you to choose them and put in contact with them, indicating you the most appropriate offers to the type of operation.
